1General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 820rr ("Platform", "We", or "820rr"). This document governs your use of the 820rr platform, including its website, mobile application, and all services provided by 820rr to its users.

By registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game or using any service on 820rr, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and policy Responsible Gaming ours.

820rr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. All amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. 2Eligibility & Account Registration

• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at 820rr. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

5Bonuses & Promotions

General terms applicable to all 820rr bonuses:

820rr reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Reporting of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Using a payment method belonging to another person, or a stolen credit/debit card
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities or game bugs
• Abusive behaviour, threats, or harassment directed at 820rr support staff

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the 820rr support team. Any valid credit balance will be returned to the member following the standard verification process. Voluntarily closed accounts may be reopened upon request by the same member, subject to 820rr's reassessment.

• Losses arising from technical disruptions beyond 820rr's control, including third-party service failures, power outages, or natural disasters

In any event, 820rr's total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Amendments to Terms

820rr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational needs, changes in legislation, or to enhance protection for our members. Members will be notified of any material amendments via:
